Noctambule is Marla Fibish and Bruce Victor. They play traditional and original music in a variety of forms – compelling musical settings of a broad array of poetry, original instrumental pieces, and traditional Irish tunes and songs. Join us for an evening of voice and strings: various guitars in varied tunings, mandola, mandolin, cittern, tenor guitar.

The Juno Orchestra, Vermont’s newest professional chamber orchestra, presents two concerts at the Brattleboro Music Center, the first Saturday, June 9 at 7:30pm. The soloist is Eric Bartlett on cello, a member of the New York Philharmonic and the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra. The program will include Charles Avison's Concerto Grosso, No. 5; Haydn's Cello Concerto No. 2, D Major, with Eric Bartlett on cello; Michael Mauldin's Petroglyph; and Haydn's Symphony 59, A major, The Fire. This family-friendly event will include a Dixieland band and BMC students, teachers and ensembles showcasing their extraordinary talents, and a fun, lighthearted concert starting at 5 pm featuring the Windham Orchestra, with a group of violinists young and old joining in.
