VSO Jukebox Quartet Rocks the House
April 5, 2025 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
On Saturday,
April 5, the Brattleboro Music Center hosts an evening ‘rock the house’ concert featuring the Vermont Symphony Orchestra’s Jukebox String Quartet.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and concert begins at 7 p.m.
The quartet plugs in and goes electric for a rock-and-roll inspired show at the BMC. The audience will rock out to classics by Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, Tool and others, and also dig into rock-influenced and inspired music from the classical world – it doesn’t get any heavier than some Shostakovich!
Featured performers are Brooke Quiggins-Saulnier and Joana Genova, violin; Stefanie Taylor, viola; and John Dunlop, cello.
